Application of parties

A batch must be reported for certification by the company that produces or imports the batch.

When introducing certified batches from other EU countries, the company must report the batch if it is sold, used for further propagation, or relabelled with Danish labels.

When introducing seed, it must be documented that the batch is free from wild oats, even if the batch is not being used for propagation.

All applications for certification must be submitted electronically. Submissions can be made by Direct reporting or by using system-to-system reporting.

When creating a system-to-system submission to TystofteFonden, it is important to follow the detailed description of the data structure for use in communication with web services.
