Authorised samplers

Both individuals who are independent or employed by a company can apply for authorisation as a sampler. An authorised sampler can sample batches of seed and grain for the purpose of EU and OECD certification.

To become authorised, an application must be submitted Application form to the Tystofte Foundation. The requirements to become authorised are described in The notices concerning field seeds, seed grains, and vegetable seeds. The authorisation scheme is user-funded.
