Instructions for breeding controllers have been prepared on the basis of current executive orders on field seeds and seed grain..
The instructions apply to the inspection of breeding areas, for both authorised breeding controllers and official follow-up inspectors.
A new instruction is issued every year; it is the breeding controller's duty to keep themselves updated with any changes.
Changes compared to previous versions of the instruction are described at the back of Appendix 3 of the instruction.
