Order for official sampler
TystofteFonden has entered into an agreement with Cotecna Inspection Denmark, who, on behalf of TystofteFonden, carries out official seed sampling at the customer's production site.
All companies can book an official sampler for assignments in Denmark. The service is invoiced according to the current prices
The official sampler works based on the Instructions for Seed Sampling, which you can find her and the applicable regulations for the species in question, which you can read her.
Cotecna Inspection Denmark guarantees to attend to a sampling task 48 hours after ordering, for tasks ordered within normal opening hours. Taking into account other tasks, strives Cotecna Inspection Denmark Sign on to meet as soon as possible for a requested task.
When ordering, the following must be provided:
- Sampling site address, contact person and telephone number
- When the batch is ready for sampling/labelling and sealing
- Which party is to be sampled, including the party's reference number
- Art, sort, mængde, enhed og generation på partiet
- Which tests are required (number and purpose), and whether the tests are to be used for the issuance of an ISTA certificate
Prior to sampling, the company must ensure:
- The party is easily accessible for the sampler and clearly separated from other parties
- Suitable premises where sampling can take place
- Lockable cabinet for sampler
- Registration for certification
- Send the sealed samples to the authorised laboratory
- Party notes
- Tyre and sealing labels (if applicable)
- Plumber (if applicable)
- Sealing strips (if applicable)
- Sample bags and sample labels (special requirements for ISTA samples)
