Certification of seeds and seed grain was moved to TystofteFonden as of 1 January 2017
The Danish AgriFish Agency thereby delegated the authority and responsibility for the certification of seeds and seed potatoes to TystofteFonden..
The certification departments are responsible for certifying seeds and seed grains, as well as approving vegetable seeds in accordance with applicable legislation, and carrying out the preceding controls.

The Danish Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Agency oversees the Tystofte Foundation's performance of certification tasks and handles any complaints related to certification.
